LEFT BEHIND or LIFTED UP?
(2 Timothy 3:1) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
The whole world is heading for disaster but few are acknowledging the signs that are everywhere. Sadly as well, many churches are failing to send out warnings of the danger that looms ahead.
If the Old Testament prophets were alive today and saw our world then surely they would be shouting from the roof tops that the Day of The Lord is near.
In many places, once prosperous societies are beginning to crumble. Societies are experiencing moral chaos, environmental chaos, political chaos, financial chaos and massive spiritual deception.
Amidst the chaos there are even voices telling the populations of the world that all is well and there is nothing to worry about.
(1 Thessalonians 5:3) For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
When you read the bible you will understand that we are headed rapidly towards the worst days ever of human history. Jesus spoke of that time which is known as the Tribulation Period.
(Matthew 24:21) For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
The Tribulation Period will begin after the RAPTURE of the church.
The Rapture will be the miraculous removal of every person on earth that has trusted Jesus Christ as their Saviour.
(1 Thessalonians 4.16 -17) For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Dear friend, if you have not trusted Christ as Saviour, then if the rapture occurs you will be left behind in a world which will be encompassed by terror.
(Daniel 12:1) …There shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time…
Those left behind in the Tribulation Period will experience deception, wars, famines, pestilences, earthquakes and other horrors. (Matthew 24, Revelation Chaps 6-9)
In the Tribulation Period a world leader will arise along with his false prophet and will command that all humans receive a mark in order to buy or sell anything.
(Revelation 13:16-18) And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
Make sure that you are not left behind!
Are you saved?
Do you know Jesus Christ as your Redeemer?
Do you know that God sent His only Son for you?
(John 3.16-17) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
The Only people that go to Heaven are forgiven people and Jesus Christ is the Only way to Heaven.
(John 10:27) My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
(Romans 10:13) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
